Johnston Ming Manning LLP provides a unique articling experience. Our substantial firm size and diverse range of clients, combined with our position in a relatively small urban centre, allows us to offer an articling year with a great deal of hands-on experience and the necessary mentorship to turn law students into successful lawyers.
As an articling student at Johnston Ming Manning LLP you can expect to have conduct of your own files, with appropriate supervision, within the first few weeks of beginning your articles. Because of our wide variety of practice areas, you will receive a broad spectrum of experience.
Our hire-back rate is historically very near 100%. We hire articling students with the hope and expectation that they will develop into successful associates and, eventually, partners of the firm.
