Kurt practices primarily in the areas of corporate and commercial litigation, real property litigation, estate litigation, and personal injury law. He also devotes a significant part of his practice to assisting clients with wills and estate planning and estate administration.

Kurt was born and raised in Central Alberta and studied at Red Deer College before completing his Bachelor of Business Administration degree at Mount Royal University in 2009. Upon graduation, Kurt worked for a leading financial institution as an Estate and Trust Advisor, overseeing 32 branches from Red Deer to Southern Alberta. In 2013, he attended Law School at the University of Saskatchewan, where he graduated with Distinction in 2016. He was admitted to the Alberta Bar in 2017.

Kurt`s interests outside of the office include hockey, baseball, tennis, squash and golf. He also enjoys competing across Canada in 10-pin bowling tournaments and has 4 career perfect 300 games.
